Another photo of my demo/performance last Wednesday, thanks to Paddy Johnson for sending this from her phone.
Sorry for all the photo-self-indulgence. I DJ'd for about a year in the early '00s in a venue in Chinatown, pre- the ubiquity of cell phone cameras, so I never got any "documentation" of all those gigs and now no believes I did them. Am making up for that now.

These are performance photos from our three-act show in Bushwick, Brooklyn on April 15. The third act's (Poisson d'Avril's) photos are in someone's cell phone. Still to come: a YouTube of a man trying sell Jon a keyboard during his performance.
Would be interested in any photos anyone has of Poisson's DJ Probiotic playing his mp3 player and turntable.

Not to reduce artists to the equipment they use but the above images give an idea of the different approaches Jon Williams and I will be taking when we play Wednesday night.
I am especially intrigued by the tabla drum sequencer in Jon's rack (the white plastic box).
Update: Jon's video work is more software based (an elaborate patch for real time performance) whereas mine will mostly consist of shoving DVDs into a player.
