.wav files from the St Celfer sample archive added some noise-oomph to this track. Also featured are time-mutated ambient sounds I made with the Qu-Bit Nebulae synth, and some sequences made with other Eurorack modules (I can't remember which now).
The screenshot of the Tracktion Waveform DAW tells you little or nothing -- that is to say, as much as the wave file images that Soundcloud uses. A crude "indexical" record of the music, not a score per se.
Worth checking out: this discussion of an anti-antiwar partisan running amok on Wikipedia. The clickbait title of the post is annoying, though: "Is Wikipedia to be trusted anymore?"
The troll-as-Wikipedian is something we've mentioned before. That post was eight years ago. The assumption that contributors stalking particular subject matter only just happened is daft.
Last year I wrote about the record-collecting and trading database Discogs. At the time they were still allowing the sale of bootlegs but that changed not long after my post. A few people have contacted me after finding my writing in search engines to tell their Discogs tales of woe. Yesterday I updated the post to discuss the bootleg issue.
